One bedroom units secured the majority of market interest in Los Angeles last month, generating 40% of inquiries with a median inquiry price of $1,500. The second most demanded bedroom type was two bedrooms, producing 27% of inquiries with a median of $2,200, followed by studios with 24% at a median of $1,025.
Three and four bedroom units had the least market interest this February. Three bedroom units generated 5% of inquiries with a median of $3,150, while four bedroom units produced 4% at $4,050.

The Zumper Market Demand Report analyzes every call and email sent in a month to determine renter interest. Neighborhoods are ranked by total inquiries generated to determine the top 10 most in demand areas. Inquiries are also separated into bedroom type, along with each corresponding median, to provide the most in-demand bedroom units and prices.
