Generating 44% of inquiries this February, one bedroom units commanded the majority of market interest with a median inquiry price of $990. Two bedroom units were the next most in demand, producing 24% of inquiries with a median of $1,390. Not far behind, studios generated 20% of inquiries with a median of $750.
Three and four bedroom units commanded the least market interest this month. Three bedrooms generated 8% of inquiries with a median inquiry price of $1,800 while four bedroom garnered 5%, with a median inquiry of $2,075.

Northern Denver neighborhood Virginia Village is the most in demand area to rent this month, sending 21% more leads than the next most in demand areas, Capitol Hill and Jefferson Park, both tied for second.

Neighborhoods are ranked by total inquiries generated to determine the top 10 most in demand areas. Inquiries are also separated into bedroom type, along with each corresponding median price, to provide the most in-demand bedrooms and prices.
