This Zumper Market Demand Report studied several thousand emails and calls (inquiries) to rental properties in Dallas to determine renter interest.

Sending 47% of all inquiries this month, one bedroom units drove the majority of market interest with a median inquiry price of $900. The second most in-demand type was two bedroom units, producing 31% of inquiries at a median of $1,200. Three bedrooms followed behind that with 10% of inquiries at a median of $1,500.
Studios and four bedrooms had the least amount of market interest this month. Studios generated 7% of inquiries at a median price of $750 while four bedrooms produced 5% of inquiries at $2,050.

Méthodologie
The Zumper Market Demand Report analyzes every call and email sent in a month to determine interest for apartments for rent in Dallas. Neighborhoods are ranked by total inquiries generated to determine the top 10 most in demand areas. Inquiries are also separated into bedroom type, along with each corresponding median inquiry price, to provide the most in-demand bedroom units and prices.
