PHS Philadelphia Flower Show

Philly Craft Beer Festival
Saturday, March 2, 2019 | 12:30-5 p.m.

You just really can’t have enough craft beer festivals to while away the winter blues. This one, now in its 13th year, was named “One of the Top 10 Beer Festivals in America” by Forbes Traveler. Get tickets; the beer fest always sells out, and for good reason. More than 75 of the best local and national craft breweries set up shop in South Philly’s Navy Yard, offering over 200 beers for the tasting.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Sunday, March 10, 2019 | 11:15 a.m.-3 p.m.

Everyone’s Irish on St. Paddy’s Day, but for some reason, this year’s parade is one whole week before the actual holiday. Shenanigans! Nevertheless, head to Center City the Sunday before St. Patrick’s Day to watch marching bands, decorated floats, music and dance groups, and more parade down John F. Kennedy Boulevard and Market Street.
See something you like? These Philly events won’t be here long, so what are you waiting for? Get out of your apartment, grab some friends, and explore all that your city has to offer.
