The Most Expensive
- Arlington, VA ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $2,490.
- Washington, D.C. was the second priciest with rent at $2,300.
- Alexandria, VA ranked third with rent at $2,170.
The Least Expensive
- Hagerstown, MD was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,000.
- Fredericksburg, VA ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,580.
- Silver Spring, MD was third with rent at $1,820.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Herndon, VA had the fastest growing rent, up 10.8% since this time last year.
- Alexandria, VA saw rent climb 9.6%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Arlington, VA was third with rent increasing 6.9%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Herndon, VA had the largest monthly growth rate, up 4%.
- Alexandria, VA was second with rent climbing 3.8%.
- Fairfax, VA ranked as third with rent increasing 2.9%.
