–Washington D.C was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $2,300.
–Alexandria rent grew 0.6% to $1,810 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Rockville was third with rent priced at $1,690.

–Hagerstown ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $700.
–Fredericksburg was second with rent at $1,120.
–Frederick ranked as third with rent flat at $1,300.

–Washington D.C saw rent climb 6.5%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Fairfax was third with rent growing 4.5%.
