–Washington D.C. was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $2,200.
–Alexandria rent stayed flat at $1,800 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Rockville was third with rent priced at $1,700.

–Hagerstown ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $650.
–Fredericksburg was second with rent at $1,120.
–Frederick rent dropped 2.3% to $1,270 and ranked as third.

–Gaithersburg had the fastest growing rent, up 7.2% since this time last year.
–Fairfax saw rent climb 6.7%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Washington was third with rent increasing 3.3%.
