The Most Expensive Neighborhoods For Dallas Renters Right Now (February 2016)

According to Zumper’s February National Rent Report, Dallas was the 20th most expensive city to rent in in the US last month. To dig deeper, we analyzed several thousand active listings in our database from January 2016 to pinpoint the most expensive areas in the city. Neighborhoods were then sorted by the median rent of every home, apartment, and condo in the area.
Dallas Expensive Neighborhoods (February 2016)
Topping the list is Preston Hollow East, a small area that sits north of Downtown and University Park. Its median rent is $2,900 per home, making it a $1,375 difference between fifteenth place, Downtown Dallas. The mean price for a Downtown Dallas home for rent is $1,525.
