With rent prices remaining fairly flat this winter, Portland held position as the 12th most expensive rental market in the U.S. Since last month, one bedrooms have decreased 1.4% to a median of $1,360, while two bedrooms increased a slight 0.6% to a median of $1,570.

Far outpacing the rest of Portland’s neighborhoods with its one bedroom median of $2,200, Pearl saw the most expensive rental rates in the city last month. Over $600 behind Pearl, Oldtown – Chinatown ($1,560) and Corbet – Terwilliger – Lair Hill ($1,550) were the next priciest neighborhoods.
