Fenway – Kenmore – Audubon Circle – Longwood was Boston’s most in demand neighborhood this month, sending 9% more inquiries than second place, Mission Hill.

Commanding the majority of renter interest this month, one bedroom units generated 32% of inquiries at a median inquiry price of $2,000. Two bedroom units were the next most in demand, producing 30% of inquiries at a median of $2,300. Studios were third, with 21% of inquiries at $1,700.
Three and four bedroom units had the least amount of renter interest this month. Three bedroom units generated 13% of inquiries at a median of $2,650, while four bedroom units produced 4% of inquiries at $3,400.
Méthodologie
The Zumper Neighborhood Report analyzes every call and email sent in a month to determine renter interest. Neighborhoods are ranked by total inquiries generated to determine the top 10 most in demand areas. Inquiries are also separated into bedroom type, along with each corresponding median inquiry price, to provide the most in-demand bedroom units and prices.
