The Most Expensive

  • Sarasota ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,940.
  • Riverview was the second priciest city with rent at $1,670.
  • Bradenton ranked as third with rent at $1,650.

The Least Expensive

  • Haines City was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,100.
  • Winter Haven ranked the second least expensive with rent at $1,200.
  • Lakeland was third with rent at $1,250.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

  • Pinellas Park had the fastest growing rent, up 17% since this time last year.
  • Largo saw rent climb 6.4%, making it the second fastest growing.
  • Bradenton was third with rent increasing 3.8%.

  • Pinellas Park had the largest monthly growth rate, up 6%.
  • Bradenton was second with rent climbing 4.4%.
  • Dunedin ranked as third with rent increasing 2% last month.
