Cities Ranked By Rent

–Westchase, FL saw rent drop $20 to $1,360 but remain the most expensive in the metro.
–Dunedin, FL was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,300.
–Clearwater & Riverview, FL tied for third with rents both at $1,180.

–New Port Richey, FL rent grew $30 to $780 but continued to rank as the most affordable.
–Hudson, FL stayed the second least expensive with rent at $780.
–Plant City, FL was third with rent at $820.
Growth Rate

–Lutz, FL saw rent climb 13.6%, making it second.
–Westchase, FL was third with rent jumping 9.7%.

–Semiole, FL followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 4.3% last month.
