Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Dunedin & Westchase, FL tied for the the most expensive city with one bedrooms both priced at $1,240.
–Clearwater, FL remained third with rent at $1,170.
–Tampa & Wesley Chapel, FL were fourth with prices at $1,140.
Le moins cher
–Zephyrhills, FL rent grew $30 to $710 but remained the most affordable in the metro.
–New Port Richey, FL followed closely behind as second with rent at $730.
–Hudson, FL continued to rank as the third least expensive with rent priced at $790.
Growth Rate

–New Port Richey, FL had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, climbing 15.9%.
–Wesley Chapel, FL rent was the second fastest growing, up 15.2% since this time last year.
–St. Petersburg, FL was third with rent growing 14.9%.

–Temple Terrace, FL had the largest monthly rental growth rate, increasing 5.1%.
–St. Petersburg, FL was second with rent growing 4.9% last month.
–Riverview, FL rent jumped 4.6% last month, making it third.
