The Most Expensive
–Venice was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,460.
–Sarasota rent increased 0.8% to $1,270 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Dunedin was third with rent at $1,260.
The Least Expensive
–Lakeland ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $840.
–Largo was second with rent at $950.
–St Petersburg ranked as third with rent growing 1% to $1,020.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Lakeland had the fastest growing rent, up 5.0% since this time last year.
–Bradenton rent climbed 1.9%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Largo was third with rent increasing 1.1%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Venice had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 5.8%.
–Clearwater rent jumped 3.5% last month, making it the second fastest growing.
–Lakeland ranked as third with rent climbing 1.0%.
