Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Westchase, FL rent grew $30 to $1,300 and remained the most expensive in the metro.
–Dunedin, FL continued to rank as second with one bedrooms priced at $1,200.
–Tampa, Floride moved up one spot and into the top 3 markets with rent at $1,160.

–New Port Richey, FL continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $720.
–Hudson, FL rent dropped $30 to $780, making it the second least expensive.
–Tarpon Springs, FL was third with one bedrooms priced at $850.
Growth Rate

–Dunedin, FL followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 15.4% since this time last year.
–New Port Richey, FL was third with rent growing 14.3%.
