See The Cheapest And Most Expensive Neighborhoods To Rent In Minneapolis

This May, Minneapolis was the fifteenth most expensive rental market in the country, placing ahead of Atlanta, Long Beach, and Baltimore. Despite a dip in rents for both one and two bedrooms in the past quarter (median of $1,220 and $1,530, respectively), the city maintained its place on our list of rent prices across the 50 largest US cities.
Minneapolis_MonthlyPriceMedianMap_June2015Looking closer, the most expensive areas for a one bedroom were centered around Downtown East ($1,800), Warehouse District ($1,650), and Uptown ($1,640). More affordable areas included Hawthorne ($710), Lauderdale ($740), and Como ($720).
