See The Cheapest And Most Expensive Baltimore Neighborhoods To Rent This Fall

Over the past year, Baltimore rent prices have steadily increased to now become the 16th most expensive in the country. One bedrooms had the greatest change, up 6.1% to settle at $1,220, while two bedrooms remained at $1,440. Such hikes have placed the city ahead of Dallas, Austin, and Minneapolis on our list of prices across the 50 largest US cities.
Baltimore Rent Map - Fall 2015At a neighborhood level, the most expensive areas to rent a one bedroom this fall include Little Italy ($2,090), Locust Point ($2,050), Fells Point ($1,995), and Riverside ($1,750). However, despite rising prices, affordable rents can still be found in a number of areas. Neighborhoods to the west feature prices in the $500-$800 range, while easterly neighborhoods similarly are priced around $700-$800.
