Seattle maintained its position as the 10th most expensive rental market in the country last month, despite a slight 1.8% dip in 1-bedroom rents. The city’s median of $1,600 for a 1-bed came ahead of San Diego ($1,480), Philadelphia ($1,350), and Minneapolis ($1,320) on our list.

At a neighborhood level, the Central Business District was the most expensive area ($2,260), followed by SoDo ($1,925) and Belltown ($1,910).
