See How Much Denver Spent On Rent This Spring

This April, Denver jumped two spots to the thirteenth most expensive rental market in the country. Median one bedroom prices have appreciated 1.5% in the trailing quarter to $1,320, while two bedrooms have similarly increased 2.4% in the same period to $1,690. Given these trends, Denver now comes ahead of Portland, Minneapolis, and Long Beach for median rent.
