See How Much Denver Renters Spent This Winter

Denver now ranks as the 15th most expensive rental market in the U.S. according to Zumper’s most recent National Rent Report, outpacing both Atlanta and Baltimore this winter. One bedroom median rents have seen a decrease of 1.6% since last month, now asking $1,230, while two bedroom prices have increased a slight 0.6%, asking for $1,740.

The most expensive neighborhoods for renters this January included the Golden Triangle ($2,150), Lodo ($2,100), and Cherry Creek ($2,000). More affordable options, with medians less than $1,000, were found in the western portion of the city. These neighborhoods included Vicca Park, MarLee, and Westwood.
