See How Much Atlanta Renters Spent This Winter

Atlanta rent prices have remained fairly stable so far this winter. Last month, one bedroom units increased just shy of 1% to reach a median of $1,260, while two bedrooms dropped 1.9% to a median of $1,560. On a year over year basis, however, both one and two bedroom units are up over 10%.

Northern Atlanta neighborhoods Peachtree Heights West ($1,750) and South Tuxedo Park ($1,750) are tied for the most expensive area to rent this month. Ansley Park ($1,650) is just behind with the second most expensive rent. More affordable neighborhoods, priced under $800, can be found in the lower portion of the city, including Hunter Hills, Washington Park, and Grove Park.
