The Zumper Seattle Metro Area Report analyzed active listings in November 2019 across 20 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Washington one bedroom median rent was $1,296 last month.

–Kirkland was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $2,100.
–Redmond rent grew 0.5% to $1,960 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Bellevue was third with rent at $1,940.

–Port Angeles ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $610.
–Oak Harbor was second with rent at $960.
–Lakewood ranked as third with rent priced at $980.

–Port Angeles had the fastest growing rent, up 15.1% since this time last year.
–Bremerton saw rent climb 10.9%, making it second.
–Tukwila was third with rent jumping 9.4%.

–Kirkland, Burien, and Shoreline rent all grew 5.0% last month, making them them tied for second.
–Port Angeles ranked as third with rent climbing 3.4%.
