San Francisco Neighborhood Rent Prices Mapped This Summer (June 2017)

According to our most recent national rent report, San Francisco rent prices were stable last month with one and two bedrooms priced at $3,370 and $4,500, respectively. Since this time last year, rent for both bedroom types are down over 6%.

Nob Hill and Lone Mountain had the fastest growing rents this summer, both up around 6% since last quarter.

While South Beach ($3,720) continued to reign as the most expensive neighborhood, Mission Dolores inched out Pacific Heights by $50 to rank as the second priciest area. Russian Hill ($3,600), Financial District ($3,580), and SOMA ($3,550) followed suit as the next most expensive.

More affordable rentals priced below the $3,000 threshold could be found in Inner Richmond, West of Twin Peaks, and Bernal Heights.
