  • Menlo Park ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $3,290.
  • Mountain View was the second priciest with rent at $3,230.
  • San Francisco ranked as third with rent at $3,200.

The Least Expensive

  • Antioch was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,520.
  • Vallejo ranked as the second least expensive city with rent at $1,560.
  • Concord was third with rent at $1,940.

  • Menlo Park had the fastest growing rent, up 31.6% since this time last year.
  • Campbell saw rent climb 20%, making it the second fastest growing.
