The Most Expensive
- Menlo Park ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $3,290.
- Mountain View was the second priciest with rent at $3,230.
- San Francisco ranked as third with rent at $3,200.
The Least Expensive
- Antioch was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,520.
- Vallejo ranked as the second least expensive city with rent at $1,560.
- Concord was third with rent at $1,940.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Menlo Park had the fastest growing rent, up 31.6% since this time last year.
- Campbell saw rent climb 20%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Walnut Creek was third with rent increasing 15.5%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Palo Alto & Menlo Park had the largest monthly growth rates, both up 6.1%.
- Mountain View was second with rent climbing 4.5%.
- Santa Clara ranked as third with rent increasing 4.4% last month.
