Midtown and Park West had some of the fastest growing rents this winter, both up over 10% since last quarter.

Although Coronado, Marina, and Little Italy were the most expensive areas to rent, all priced at $2,200 or above, Cortez ($1,925) and Mission Valley West ($1,800) were notably pricy neighborhoods as well. Rentals for less than $1,300 could be found in and around Fairmont Park, El Cerrito, and Encanto.
