–Coronado was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $2,760.
–Encinitas rent decreased 0.5% last month to $1,940 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Carlsbad was third with rent priced at $1,880.

-El Cajon ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,330.
–Escondido was second with rent at $1,480.
-Imperial Beach ranked as third with rent staying flat at $1,490.

–Coronado had the fastest growing rent, up 8.2% since this time last year.
–Vista saw rent climb 7.8%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Oceanside was third with rent growing 6.9%.
