Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Coronado, CA had the most expensive rent with one bedroom units priced at $3,640.
–Solana Beach, CA, though significantly cheaper than Coronado, was still the second most expensive with rent at $2,190.
–Carlsbad, CA outpaced Encinitas this month to rank as third with rent at $1,780.
Le moins cher
–Lemon Grove, CA was the most affordable city with rent at $1,200.
–National City, CA rent followed closely behind as second at $1,210.
–El Cajon, CA rent grew 4.9% to $1,280 since last month and ranked as the third least expensive.

–Coronado, CA rent, along with being the most expensive rent in the metro, was the fastest growing since this time last year, up 15.6%.
–Escondido, CA followed behind with a 15.2% yearly growth rate.
–Carlsbad, CA was third with rent up 12.7%.

–Chula Vista, CA rent had a 5% monthly growth rate, making it second.
