Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Coronado, CA remained the most expensive city with rent at $2,630.
–Solana Beach, CA saw rent climb $110 to $2,360 but stay the second priciest city.
–Carlsbad, CA ranked as third, though rent grew $60 to $2,010.
The Least Expensive
–El Cajon, CA continued to rank as the least expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,300.
–Santee & Lemon Grove, CA tied for the second most affordable with prices both at $1,390.
–Escondido, CA was third with rent at $1,410.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–National City, CA had the fastest growing rent, up 10.9% since this time last year.
–Imperial Beach, CA rent jumped 8.3%, making it the second fastest growing.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Vista, CA had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 5.2%.
–Solana Beach, CA followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 4.9% last month.
–Carlsbad, CA was third with rent growing 3.1%.
