Cities Ranked By Rent

Le plus cher
–Coronado, CA remained the most expensive city with rent at $2,630.
–Solana Beach, CA was second with one bedrooms priced at $2,450.
–Encinitas, CA moved up one spot, outpacing Carlsbad, to become the third priciest city with rent growing $90 to $1,990.

–El Cajon, CA stayed the most affordable city with rent at $1,300.
–National City, CA saw rent drop $20 to $1,340 but continue to rank as the second least expensive city.
–Lemon Grove, CA was third with rent at $1,390.
Growth Rate
