Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Coronado, CA rent grew $130 last month to reach $2,830. This city remained the most expensive in the metro area.
–Carlsbad, CA inched out Encinitas this month by $10 to rank as the second priciest city with rent at $1,710.
–Encinitas, CA followed closely behind as third.

–National City & El Cajon, CA tied for the most affordable city with rent at $1,200.
–Imperial Beach, CA had the second least expensive rent with one bedrooms priced at $1,290.
–La Mesa, CA ranked as third with rent at $1,320.

–Escondido, CA had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.3%.
–Imperial Beach, CA followed closely behind with a yearly growth rate of 15.2%.
–Chula Vista, CA rent was the third fastest growing, climbing 11.1% since this time last year.
