Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Coronado, CA continued to rank as the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $2,630.
–Solana Beach, CA was second with rent at $2,220.
–Carlsbad, CA rent was $2,010, making it third.
The Least Expensive
–El Cajon, CA remained the most affordable city with rent at $1,240.
–Escondido & Lemon Grove, CA tied for second with prices both at $1,390.
–Santee, CA ranked as the third least expensive with rent at $1,400.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Lemon Grove, CA had the fastest growing rent, up 15.8% since this time last year.
–San Diego, CA was second with rent climbing 12.7%.
–National City, CA saw rent jump 11.9% since this time last year, making it the third fastest growing.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–San Marcos, CA rent had the largest monthly growth rate, up 5.2%.
–Encinitas, CA followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 5%.
