Cities Ranked By Rent

Le plus cher
–Coronado, CA continued to rank as the most expensive city with rent at $2,630.
–Solana Beach, CA rent grew $120 to $2,480 but stayed the second priciest in the metro.
–Carlsbad, CA was third with rent at $2,000.
Le moins cher
–El Cajon, CA saw rent drop $30 to $1,270 but remain the most affordable city.
–National City, CA fell 3 spots, and back to the bottom 3 markets, to rank as the second least expensive city with rent decreasing $70 to $1,360.
–Escondido & Lemon Grove, CA tied for third with one bedrooms both priced at $1,390.
Growth Rate

–Imperial Beach, CA had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 11.6%.
–National City, CA rent had the second largest year over year growth rate, climbing 10.6%.
–Carlsbad, CA followed closely behind as third with rent growing 10.5%.
