Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Solana Beach, CA rent grew a staggering $150 last month to $2,750, outpacing Coronado to become the most expensive in the metro.
–Coronado, CA saw rent drop $130 to $2,540 and fall one spot in the rankings to become the second priciest.
–Encinitas, CA remained third with rent at $1,920.
The Least Expensive
–National City, CA was the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,230.
–Lemon Grove, CA ranked as second with rent at $1,280.
–El Cajon & Imperial Beach, CA followed closely behind as third with rents both at $1,290.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–San Marcos, CA rent had the largest year over year growth rate, up 15%.
–San Diego, CA had the second fastest growing rent, climbing 13.9% since this time last year.
–Encinitas, CA rent jumped 12.9%, making it third.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Solana Beach, CA rent spiked a staggering 5.8%, which was the largest growth rate last month.
–Chula Vista, CA ranked as second with rent up 4.7%.
–Vista, CA had the third largest monthly rental growth rate, climbing 4.6%.
