The Most Expensive

  • West Valley City was the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,370.
  • Salt Lake City was the second priciest market with rent at $1,340.
  • Layton ranked third with rent at $1,310.

The Least Expensive

  • Elko was the most affordable market with one-bedrooms priced at $900.
  • South Salt Lake ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,080.
  • Ogden was third with rent at $1,080.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

  • Ogden had the fastest growing rent, up 9% since this time last year.
  • Elko saw rent climb 2.3%, making it the second fastest growing.
  • West Valley City was third with rent increasing 2.2%.

  • Layton had the largest monthly growth rate, up 5.6%.
  • Salt Lake City was second with rent climbing 3.1%.
