The Most Expensive
- West Valley City was the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,370.
- Salt Lake City was the second priciest market with rent at $1,340.
- Layton ranked third with rent at $1,310.
The Least Expensive
- Elko was the most affordable market with one-bedrooms priced at $900.
- South Salt Lake ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,080.
- Ogden was third with rent at $1,080.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Ogden had the fastest growing rent, up 9% since this time last year.
- Elko saw rent climb 2.3%, making it the second fastest growing.
- West Valley City was third with rent increasing 2.2%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Layton had the largest monthly growth rate, up 5.6%.
- Salt Lake City was second with rent climbing 3.1%.
