–Sandy was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,140.

–Salt Lake City rent grew 4.7% last month to $1,120 and ranked as the second priciest city.

–Orem was third with rent priced at $1,030.

-Ogden ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $710.

–Provo was second with rent at $750.

-South Salt Lake ranked as third with rent staying flat at $840.

–Salt Lake City had the fastest growing rent, up 7.7% since this time last year.

–Provo saw rent climb 7.1%, making it the second fastest growing.

–Millcreek was third with rent increasing 5.4%.

–Provo rent jumped 2.7% last month, making it the second fastest growing.
