–Sandy was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,150.

–Salt Lake City rent dropped 1.8% last month to $1,100 and ranked as the second priciest city.

–Cottonwood Heights was third with rent at $1,060.

–Ogden ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $710.

–Provo was second with rent at $730.

–South Salt Lake ranked as third with rent staying flat at $840.

–Cottonwood Heights had the fastest growing rent, up 7.1% since this time last year.

–Salt Lake City saw rent climb 5.8%, making it the second fastest growing.

–Sandy was third with rent growing 5.5%.
