Cities Ranked By Rent

–Sandy, UT rent dropped $30 to $1,120 and continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Salt Lake City, UT was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,050.
–South Jordan, UT followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,040.

–South Salt Lake, UT saw rent climb $20 to $800 but remained the most affordable.
–West Valley City & Millcreek, UT tied for second with prices both at $880.
–Taylorsville, UT moved up a spot to third with rent at $890.

–Sandy, UT rent was the second fastest growing, climbing 15.5%.
–Salt Lake City, UT followed closely behind as third with rent rising 15.4%.

–Cottonwood Heights, UT rent jumped 5.2% last month, making it second.
