–Sandy, UT had the priciest rent at $1,150 and stayed the most expensive city in the metro.
–South Jordan, UT saw rent drop $20 to $1,080 but continue to rank as the second priciest city.
–Salt Lake City, UT was third with rent at $1,070.

–South Salt Lake, UT rent dropped $20 to $840 and remained the most affordable.
–Murray, UT fell 2 spots to rank as the second least expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $910.
–Millcreek, UT ranked as third with rent at $910.
