Cities Ranked By Rent

–Sandy, UT was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,150.
–South Jordan, UT saw rent grow $20 to $1,120 but remain the second priciest city.
–Cottonwood Heights, UT moved up a spot, and into the top 3 markets, with rent growing $40 to $1,090.

–South Salt Lake, UT continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $840.
–Millcreek, UT rent dropped $30 to $870 but remain the second least expensive in the metro.
–Midvale, UT fell to third with rent at $900.
