  • Vacaville ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,960.
  • Davis was the second priciest with rent at $1,880.
  • Roseville ranked as third with rent at $1,780.

The Least Expensive

  • Stockton was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,300.
  • Carmichael ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,450.
  • Rancho Cordova was third with rent at $1,470.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

  • Modesto had the fastest growing rent, up 13.3% since this time last year.
  • Stockton saw rent climb 8.3%, making it the second fastest growing.
  • Vacaville was third with rent increasing 5.9%.

  • Davis had the largest monthly growth rate, up 3.9%.
  • Stockton ranked as second with rent increasing 2.4% last month.
