The Most Expensive
- Vacaville ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,960.
- Davis was the second priciest with rent at $1,880.
- Roseville ranked as third with rent at $1,780.
The Least Expensive
- Stockton was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,300.
- Carmichael ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,450.
- Rancho Cordova was third with rent at $1,470.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Modesto had the fastest growing rent, up 13.3% since this time last year.
- Stockton saw rent climb 8.3%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Vacaville was third with rent increasing 5.9%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Davis had the largest monthly growth rate, up 3.9%.
- Stockton ranked as second with rent increasing 2.4% last month.
