–Roseville rent dropped 2.6% last month to $1,480 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Elk Grove was third with rent priced at $1,380.

-Stockton ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,010.
–Modesto was second with rent at $1,040.
-Sacramento ranked as third with rent grew 0.8% to $1,310.
