–Roseville was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,480.
–Davis rent was down 2.7% to $1,460 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Elk Grove was third with rent priced at $1,450.

–Stockton and Modesto tied for the most affordable city with one bedrooms both priced at $1,000.
–Citrus Heights ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,200.
-Sacramento was third with rent at $1,300.

–Modesto had the fastest growing rent, up 13.6% since this time last year.
–Stockton saw rent climb 11.1%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Rancho Cordova was third with rent growing 6.3%.
