–Roseville was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,450.
–Elk Grove rent decreased 2.1% to $1,420 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Davis was third with rent at $1,390.

–Stockton ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $970.
–Modesto was second with rent at $1,020.
–Citrus Heights rent grew 4.2% to $1,250 and ranked as the third least expensive.

–Elk Grove saw rent climb 5.2%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Stockton was third with rent jumping 4.3%.
