The Most Expensive

  • Hillsboro ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,640.
  • Beaverton was the second priciest with rent at $1,600.
  • Vancouver ranked as third with rent at $1,550.

The Least Expensive

  • Longview was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,000.
  • Keizer ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,110.
  • Salem was third with rent at $1,150.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

  • Beaverton had the fastest growing rent, up 14.3% since this time last year.
  • Vancouver saw rent climb 8.4%, making it the second fastest growing.
  • Hillsboro was third with rent increasing 4.5%.

The Fastest Growing (M/M%)

  • Beaverton had the largest monthly growth rate, up 6%.
  • Albany was second with rent climbing 5.8%.
  • Milwaukie ranked as third with rent increasing 1.3% last month.
