–Hillsboro rent grew 5.3% to $1,400 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Lake Oswego was third with rent priced at $1,390.

–Salem ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $860.
–Gresham was second with rent at $1,170.
–Beaverton ranked as third with rent up 0.8% to $1,210.

–Gresham saw rent climb 8.3%, making it the second fastest growing.
