–Lake Oswego rent dropped 0.7% to $1,380 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Hillsboro was third with rent priced at $1,360.

–Salem ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $850.
–Gresham was second with rent at $1,140.
–Vancouver ranked as third with rent down 0.8% to $1,220.

–Portland saw rent climb 8.9%, making it the second fastest growing.
