–Hillsboro, OR was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,360.
–Portland, Oregon followed closely behind as second with rent at $1,350.
–Lake Oswego, OR ranked as third with rent at $1,300.

–Forest Grove, OR continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent just below $1,000, at $990.
–Gresham, OR was the second least expensive city with rent at $1,040.
–Milwaukie, OR ranked as third with rent at $1,080.
