Portland Metro Report: May 2018

The Zumper Portland Metro Report analyzed active listings in April across 13 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Oregon state median rent last month was $1,080.

Portland, Oregon rent grew $70 to $1,440 and continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.

Tualatin, OR saw rent climb $30 to $1,290 but remained the second priciest city.

Hillsboro & Lake Oswego, OR tied for third with prices both at $1,270.

Forest Grove, OR ranked as the most affordable city to rent with one bedrooms priced at $970.

Gresham, OR was second with rent at $1,020.

Oregon City & Tigard, OR tied for third, both with rents at $1,050.
