–Portland, Oregon rent grew $70 to $1,440 and continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Tualatin, OR saw rent climb $30 to $1,290 but remained the second priciest city.
–Hillsboro & Lake Oswego, OR tied for third with prices both at $1,270.

–Forest Grove, OR ranked as the most affordable city to rent with one bedrooms priced at $970.
–Gresham, OR was second with rent at $1,020.
–Oregon City & Tigard, OR tied for third, both with rents at $1,050.
