Cities Ranked By Rent

–Portland, Oregon rent stayed flat at $1,330 and continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Gladstone, OR held onto its position as second priciest with rent at $1,250.
–Lake Oswego, OR moved up one spot and into the top 3 markets with one bedrooms priced at $1,210.

–Forest Grove, OR ranked as the most affordable city with rent at $880.
–Oregon City, OR rent decreased $20 to $950 but remained the second least expensive.
–Gresham & Tigard, OR tied for third with one bedrooms priced at an even $1,000.
