–Portland, Oregon rent, though growing $40 to $1,370, remained the priciest in the metro.
–Tualatin, OR moved up two spots to rank as second with one bedrooms priced at $1,260.
–Gladstone, OR dropped to third with rent at $1,230.

–Oregon City, Gresham & Tigard, OR all tied for the most affordable city in the metro with rents at an even $1,000.
–Milwaukie, OR dropped two spots to become the second least expensive city with rent at $1,060.
–Beaverton, OR followed closely as third with rent at $1,100.
